Summary: Responsible for the financial compilation, tracking, calculations, and routine reporting for CLI operations, including CLI, Firelands Local LLC, and CLI Good Works LLC.
Wages: Commensurate with experience.
Core Unique Position Responsibilities:
● Performs routine administrative duties, such as compiling information, filing, organizing reports and records.
● Maintains ledgers and other business records for CLI Incorporated, Firelands Local LLC, and CLI Good
Works LLC. Functions as the routine point of contact with contracted accounting firms.
● Creates & distributes invoices for CLI Incorporated, Firelands Local LLC, and CLI Good Works LLC.
● Calculates employee hours and prepares payroll packets for the Executive Director of Operations.
● Prepares payments to vendors to be approved/signed by the Executive Director of Operations.
● Compiles monthly financial records to be given to contracted accounting firm staff for CLI Incorporated,
Firelands Local LLC, and CLI Good Works LLC.
● Compiles Firelands Local earnings reports for CLI clients as needed.
● Prepares & distributes correspondence to CLI clients, staff, families and other service providers.
● Organizes office operations and maintains inventory of office supplies.
● Drive large vans and/or assist with other routine CLI client operations as scheduled.
Minimum qualifications are:
● High School diploma or equivalent
● Integrity
● Personal ambition
● Attention to detail
● Valid driver’s license with less than 6 points.
● Additional desirable qualifications are:
● Specific education or experience with proper bookkeeping practices
● Education or experience using software applications, particularly Quickbooks Online

HIGHWAY WORKER 2
The Huron County Engineer’s Office is accepting applications for the full-time position of Highway Worker 2.
Highway Worker 2 will be responsible for maintaining and repairing county highway roads and bridges. Position involves usually routine work in the operation of vehicles and/or construction equipment. Responsible for the careful and safe operation of a variety of motorized equipment. This may require being on call 24 hours a day. Rate of pay will be $25.14 after a 180 day probationary period.
Qualifications for the position are completion of secondary education or equivalent and one (1) year of experience working in general construction; or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Applicant must possess a valid State of Ohio Class A or B CDL and maintain insurability under the Engineer’s insurance policy.
Potential candidates must be able to pass a DOT drug screen and background check.
